I am so pleased with my Galaxy A71. It arrived exactly as listed with a seemingly brand new screen. The battery life is great and I am charging every two days. And the phone itself is really good... amazing photos!

I was initially sceptical about using Backmarket for a replacement Samsung A71 phone, but I've got to be honest, I have my scepticism blown away, as I literally got a pretty much brand new A71 for a fraction of the recommended retail price. Wasn't bothered about the phone arriving in non Samsung packaging, but it came with an additional cable, and the phone is fully functioning in every single way. No complaints here. 😊😊

First time purchase for a refurbished phone, so obviously a little apprehensive, however I am presently surprised at the quality of this phone.

I was expecting a few scratches or tiny dents, but there is nothing, It's just like a brand new phone, just much more affordable. I would definitely recommend 100% Plus it came a day earlier than expected so an extra bonus

Surprisingly better than expected. Great service, quick delivery and value for money. Bought as a temporary handset to use whilst my phone was being repaired, apart from a few visible scratches on the back, it looks like new with a case on and functions well, albeit slower than usual.

This is my third purchase on back market, saying I’m impressed with the service is understating it. The phone came really quick and it’s really clean. Although I paid for excellent condition but I’m surprised at how clean it is.

Chose the A71 to upgrade from A51. This phone is in excellent condition charges really quickly and battery lasts much longer than I expected it to. Had a brand new charging cable with it. Ordered late Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday. Smooth transaction from start to finish.

as disabled person I fell over and broke my phone I got in touch with 02 and asked if I could bye a new phone and was told I had to have a new contract plus pay £220 pounds and pay for a new phone contract not very good service after I have been with virgin media/02 for 20 years. So back market was my choice and a good choice it was well done black market
