The phone was delivered on time and in recycled packaging as stated. It is in great condition and as advertised. Just started using it yesterday. This is my first purchase of a refurbished device and was little skeptical, till I got the device in my hands. This is a great initiative and you have got a life long, loyal customer in me. Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

this is the second time I've used you guys for a phone . First one was a I phone 12 mini for my son and was in amazing condition my son loves it. second phone was for me Samsung note 20 again fast delivery both came a day before the delivery date and again my phone amazing condition pretty much brand new I will always use you guys for now on

Problem with first refurbished phone sent as SIM card reader not working. Very quick response to my complaint and return/replacement organised. Next phone sent was in good condition but not unlocked as described when purchased.

I got my order about 2 weeks ago, (2 days before expected delivery date). And... I am in love with my new phone... this much that I am still using my old one as I am afraid to destroy it. Item is in excelent condition, shiny and has this little pen which stole my heart. I would definitelly recommended Back Market to anyone who was scared to get "refurbished phone". I was really anxious about buying used phone, but it turned out that it's pretty sweet deal!

Great company and service. The Sumsung Note 20 Ultra was a great choice, it arrived the next day. Condition was immaculate and we are delighted with our purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending Backmarket and they will be our go to place now whenever we need a phone upgrade.

So far so good - it's only been 2 weeks! But phone in as new condition and the battery is good so I'm happy. Arrived day after I ordered it so can't complain on that either. Used to have the Note 10+ and I was a little nervous getting this phone. But I haven't noticed any differences - apart from this being a little smaller which I actually prefer!

My order arrived on time. The phone was in almost perfect condition, just with one or two very faint and almost invisible scratches on the back. For all intents it appeared brand new. The battery lasts for two days with moderate use. I am very happy with this purchase
