I phone 12 arrived in 2 days of ordering. Arrived in great condition with no visible marks or scratches. This is the fourth item purchased from back market and I’ll continue to use them as always satisfied.

I am very happy with my refurbished phone. I am not happy with the way I receive the money back for my old phone. I don’t understand why the money could be paid to me on the card I paid with. I’m not happy giving my bank details and drinking licence information.

I had previously used a Samsung Galaxy and decided to change to an iphone so it could communicate smoothly with my Mac laptop. Finding a phone on Back Market was easier than I thought it would be and delivery was prompt and ecofriendly. The phone is in great condition together with screen protector and case. I had issues transferring data with apps and google being blocked and refusing to recognise my new phone but I found a phone person who spent 10 mins pressing buttons and resolved everything. I have recommended Back Market to friends who have also bought a phone and a tablet from Back Market. Thank you Back Market.

A great little case that fits well. I think I prefer silicone to armoured cases as they absorb shock. However no protection for camera lenses so it’s a difficult one. As a klutz who’s managed to smash up 2 phones in the last 10 months (1 in a silicone case, 1 in an armoured case - both I phone 11’s) I’m keen not to repeat this. We will see!

case is a nice texture to hold, however, I'm not sure quite how protective it is, as the protective screen has developed a crack within a fortnight, despite not having dropped the phone. the protective screen on my previous phone with a slightly more rigid cases lasted a few years.

It was great, phone was rated good but look almost brand new no scratches seen. They could have given the screen protector and clear cover complementary like I’ve had with other companies in the past. Quick delivery, would recommend to anyone

The clear plastic case was just fine. the screen protector had the tiniest writing for instructions with the least amount of words. the cleaning wipe was absolutely dry. I wasted my first screen protector because I did not clean it well enough with that dry wipe. I had to go to a mobile shop and ask them to do it for me.

An amazing company to deal with. Plenty of choice. I chose an iPhone 14 in excellent condition and it was absolutely immaculate. Bought the phone for my husband who isn’t very tech savvy. He got the phone up and running with no trouble and loves it. I don’t have any negative comments to make as the purchase was so easy and delivery so fast.

Extremely happy with the product and service. My only concern is that since receiving it I have had multiple calls from Unknown numbers. That is 23 in just 2 weeks whereas before they were very infrequent. I have kept the same number! Can anyone explain this?
