Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10+ Not only did it arrive bang on time but it was immaculate. One would never know it was refurbished. Works wonderfully, looks magnificent and I'm so happy with 'Back Market' I'm telling everyone to do the same. Thank you.

100% Happy. The phone looks brand new. Everything functions correctly and the battery life performs as if it was new. Only one minor snag in the set up was that one of the set up functions came up in the French language, which was easily overcome by comparing the set up sequence to my old phone which is in English. The phone was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, which was a huge bonus. I will definitely use Back Market in the future and recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a refurbished phone.

The phonelooks brand new, you can hardly see any scratches. It works well and has a good battery life despite the fact that I chose the fair option. The only downside was it came locked do I had a somewhat hard time unlocking it but it's overall, it's really worth it. Been using it for 3 weeks now. I'd recommend Back market anyday to anyone.

Phone is in top condition, although I paid for the lowest condtion one so I'm pretty impressed. However, to get 5/5 it has to exceed my expectations and the only thing I can really comment on is the battery life isn't very good.

I bought this phone as a present and it's not been received yet but he was so pleased with his previous one from back market that he wanted another one. I have ordered S10+ in Fair condition, for my son . Arrived 1 day earlier than expected. Very pleased .It came in Back Market small Carton box and not in S10+ box .But not damage happened during DPD courier shipping and To my surprise, Not scratches or dent anywhere. Really good condition. phone came with charging cable . This is not my first with BACK MARKET. Strong recommend Back Market. Very reliable in all aspects. Why pay extra money for new gadgets when we can get quality refurbished products in Back Market
