I purchased 2 Galaxy S20 FE 5G both look like new could not find a mark on either one both work perfectly fine. Only problem they are not supplied with a charger, not a big deal as fast chargers are readily available on certain web sites.

Having BackMarket suggested as the place to try for a replacement phone, to be honest I was very sceptical but to be honest from my experience I would likewise recommend this site to others. The phone that I ordered arrived fairly speedily and in excellent condition and in the few weeks that I have used my Galaxy S20 FE 5G, I certainly think I made a wise purchase. If there is any concern ... that would be ... how long the battery life will be, but only time will tell on that issue. (I don't know if the battery is a component which is replaced when sold) If this proves to be an unjustified concern, I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Fantastic! I needed a phone as my wife's was deciding to work when it felt like. We're a Samsung family and this was a superb price! When I inspected the phone (which arrived well packaged and exactly when was I was told it would) it was as good as new from the Samsung shop. The screen was perfect and no marks on the chassis. This has saved me a fortune and I will be coming back for a phone for me! Keep up the excellent work!! 😄

Great purchase, great price, excellent condition. Only issue…charging lead provided did not support fast charging nor Android Auto…had to purchase a Samsung original lead for them to work.

I have no complaints about the phone which looks brand new and such a great price being in my 70s I had to wait until my Son could come and set it up.for me but once done I was able to use it straight away. I cannot fault either the phone or the service from Back Market and have recommended it already.
