Bought a Galaxy S20 FE from BackMarket in the summer and it was in fantastic condition...so pleased with it. Brought it out to Africa and within 3 months it had been dropped and destroyed. Quickly got online and ordered another from BackMarket. Thankfully it arrived with friends in only a few days and they were able to bring it out to me. Yet again, excellent service and a fabulous phone in pristine condition. Will never buy new for as long as you are selling such great quality reconditioned phones. Have recommended you to many others. Keep up the great work!

Great phone,no problem, quickly delivery. The phone barely had any scratches or anything, great condition (I would say perhaps just the barely as it runs out farely quickly but not bad for the price plus it's refurbished). My 3rd phone that I buy here and never disappoints.

I couldn't find fault from selection to delivery. The phone is working fine and is, as yet, without fault. Post-purchase I did find the same phone selling cheaper in a mobile phone outlet, locally. That apart, I'd recommend using Backmarket to others.

The whole process was excellent. Very clear selection criteria on the website. A good price. Quick delivery in a package that had no plastic on it and no extra paperwork I didn't need. I'm very happy with the condition of the phone.
