Arrived quickly. Condition (pristine) was accurate - no marks or scratches. Set-up was fine just like a new phone (fairly easy with Samsung Smart Switch). Battery condition is good - retains charge well. A bargain compared to a new phone - and I prefer to use refurbished equipment as long as the condition, price and technology meet my needs. Full marks (so far).

First time I've used back market, I admit I was uncertain if buying a refurbished phone was a good move. But with the 12mth warranty felt well they must feel confident of their phones! So I gave it a try, and so far so good. The phone was in an almost as new condition which surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Lots of communication along the way keeping me informed on delivery. I also was able to trade in an old samsung for £43 that I didnt plan on doing. I thought its at least a saving off the price I paid for the new one. So yes was pleasantly surprised and would buy again in the future that offers the chance to buy a more high end phone for a more affordable cost. If I had to make one negative, which really isnt a big issue, the deposit for the trade in takes upto 6 working days to go into a bank. But as promised I did receive the funds within the 6 working days. Otherwise, yep, liked everything.

My previous phone packed up after several years. As I wanted to stay with Samsung S, getting to a reconditioned phone made sense as the price wasn't too much and the phone is great. I highly recommend using Back Market!

I treated mysel to a new phone last year for my birthday and After a couple of weeks I hated it, it was like a brick but stuck it out as long as I could till I couldn't stand it any more so decided to treat myself again this year. After being a little dubious about refurbished phones, I did some research and decided to go with Back market and so pleased I did its a S21 wasn't sure what rate to go for and settled on good I thought I can live with a few scratches witch hopefully wouldn't show under a case. Wow what a surprise it came within 48 hrs and is immaculate looks brand new. Was a bit worried using Back Market for the first time but I’m glad I did. Order came in excellent condition as described. Far cheaper than I would have gotten anywhere else and fact that I purchased refurbished is greatl . Definitely recommend and definitely sticking to buying from here .

Phone was absolutely immaculate, excellently refurbished. No scratches, not chips, everything looked brand new. Battery life is fantastic as well, and it even came with a phone case so I could protect it straight away. Very pleased!
