In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

this phone isn't great, but sluggish, the face unlock is piss poor, and getting it to unlock any other way is frustrating, as usual Samsung tries to force their own apps and software on you, think I'll be going back to a pixel soon

I ordered the phone on a Sunday and it actually arrived the next day with normal postage! I did not expect this at all! The phone is great and a a brilliant price. I'm very impressed. This is not the first time I have used Back Market and it will not be last!

I was little concerned what the condition would be like when ordering a (good) condition phone and I was more than pleased. no scratches on the front or back of the phone absolutely flawless! one very small minor chip on the corner but would only notice if you looked very closely without a phone case on. so far 10/10 phone will definitely be using back markets service in the future to come when I want a change in phone

Bought several Samsung phones from Backmarket over the years and found them to be brilliant. My latest was a Galaxy S23+ dual sim sold by Best4tech. The phone arrived nicely boxed with a lead. The phone I ordered was supposed to be in excellent condition - it was mint. Over the moon with this purchase.
