I can't justify spending over a thousand pound on a phone so I decided to buy a refurbished galaxy s23 ultra, I paid extra for an immaculate screen but left the body as gently used. In all it cost me £415 and I must say the phone looks as if it's hardly ever been used, the screen is perfect and the body is also in perfect condition,not to mention the fast delivery. I will be ordering 1 again for the wife for her birthday.

I ordered a 'good' condition Samsung S23 ultra Sunday afternoon. Paid a little for faster despatch and received Tuesday morning. I am so pleased. Only marks I can see to suggest it is a refurbishment is a little scratch near the charging port. Thank you so much 👌

This is the first time buying a refurbished phone so I was a little worried. I brought a phone in 'good' condition and have to say I'm so impressed. It's in near perfect condition and is working as if it was brand new. I paid extra for the faster delivery and it was delivered the next day. Will definitely be using this company again.

Exactly as described at a fair price. Perfect for my teen son who wanted a decent phone model but wasn’t fussy about new/refurbished. Very pleased with the product and service and would buy from Backmarket again.

First time, taking a 'punt' at a refurbished phone purchase & was not disappointed. Outstanding, fast (less than 48 hours) service from initial order to receiving my S23 Ultra (advertised as in excellent condition) & of which was in 'mint condition' at a price that is a fraction of the current retail price. No nonsense customer service between both Back Market & delivery company was fantastic; notified / kept informed of said delivery every step of the way. I highly recommend (it's a no brainer), if you are hesitant of a refurb purchase - this is one customer that will defo be opting for the refurbished purchase option in the future (Back Market is the place to shop!)

I ordered a good grade phone so expected it to have some blemishes on the back and sides which it did. As the phone will always be in a case this is not an issue. However the good description states that the screen should be flawless but unfortunately there are a couple of feint scratches. Once I'd applied a screen protector these can't be seen so not serious enough to warrant returning the phone. So, overall I'm very happy with my refurbished S23 Ultra which was significantly less than half the price of buying one new. The order process is straightforward and phone was delivered on time so would definitely recommend Back Market for buying quality refurbished tech.

I went for an excellent grade s23 ultra. The phone arrived in good condition and was given a tracking which helped me time when I should be home. The phone is good as new as expected and very happy with the purchase. This isn't the first purchase from Back Market but all I can say is that you are consistent. Keep up the good work and good quality assurance and customers like myself will always come back. protect the environment and buy refurbished.

The phone is in immaculate condition. I also love the colour...I can't fault Back Market, the phone arrived swiftly too. I would have never dreamed of buying a refurbished phone, I would get a brand new phone via a new contract. I can honestly say, I'm done with new contracts for three years and brand new phones. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra. I went for the excellent grade phone and it really is spotless. not a mark on it. I am really very happy. the phone operates perfectly, it's fast, had an amazing camera and still has 5 years of security updates according to the Samsung website. you don't get that with many other phone brands not even Sony. the delivery was next day, what's not to like...
