I bought this phone in"excellent"condition and it didn't lie. The phone looks brand new, not a mark to be found anywhere on it. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. 10/10 from me for BackMarket.

estoy muy contento con la calidad del producto, me llegó como si fuese un teléfono nuevo a falta de la caja original. sin rasguños, pantalla en perfectas condiciones, batería en buen estado y duradera.

So far all good now issues battery ok Phone not heating or glitching. tested the phone in test mode all worked fine and passed the test. -No scratches. -Good packing. -Fast delivery time.

Seems all that was missing from a brand new unit was a box... the 'good' quality comes across pristine to my eyes, amazing value and think I'll be using again!!

phone no look brand new wos use have scratch on screen wos deliver in plastic foil and carbon no original box no headphones. I hope no gone be broke disappointed spend a lot to see be deliver no fresh
