Phone arrived quickly and is in great condition for a refurbished model, quite pricey but all good so far.

This is the first time purchasing a refurb smart phone outright. So far so good, I feel vindicated with my purchase. The phone arrived within a couple of days of ordering. No issues upon inspecting the phone, like new tbh! Easy enough to get set up and transfer data over. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Back Market and use in future.

Really happy to have decided to get my phone through Backmarket! It was a great deal, arrived promptly and is in perfect working condition. Including the trade in with my phone, I've saved myself hundreds.

can not fault anything about this company, ordering was easy and always kept informed about delivery. Phone is excellent, was abit doubtful when ordering on how good a condition it would be, but can not fault it at all, excellent and would recommend anyone to have a look at this site first before going anywhere else

I was a bit anxious about buying this phone second hand but although expensive it was so much cheaper than a new one. Having bought from BackMarket before and been completely satisfied I thought I'd give it a go. I needn't have worried. It came very quickly and although not in its original box it looked brand new, not a mark on it and faultless. I'm using it now to write this revue.

I bought this phone in"excellent"condition and it didn't lie. The phone looks brand new, not a mark to be found anywhere on it. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. 10/10 from me for BackMarket.

So far all good now issues battery ok Phone not heating or glitching. tested the phone in test mode all worked fine and passed the test. -No scratches. -Good packing. -Fast delivery time.
