Really a good service I received the phone 3 days before the estimated delivery date and the phone goes fast

Happy enough with the service from back market, the only thing letting it down is the terrible battery in the phone.

First of all it came with no charge lead, the package was left by my bin instead of being delivered properly. The phone however is fine and in very good condition.

Hello, Satisfied with the overall state of the device. However, it is impossible to load a keyboard other than the English one (Qwerty and English corrector). There are only 5 other languages available and unfortunately not French. Please suggest a solution.

with no surprises. It's a shame that BackMarket doesn't offer a choice of OS installed as an option (even if you have to pay extra for it). You have to go back to debugging mode to get rid of Google in order to install Android Lineage, e.OS, Carbon, or even Linux Utouch, PmOS, etc. alternatives.

Hello, Good phone received in good condition. but after a first model exchanged for a weak battery, the phone still has an average battery. Accubatery gives 2200mAh out of the 3000mAh (73% capacity). I also have a bug that causes the phone to discharge heavily at night from 0h to 7h (but this is not necessarily the fault of the seller). This is a good phone but given the battery problems I'm thinking of buying a new phone.
