Fantastic experience, I'm not sure if I got a new device or refurbished, the box was sealed and everything inside too. I'm beyond happy with a great deal I have got. And the watch Galaxy 5 pro is really cool.

Watch came very quickly and in excellent condition. My only small gripe is that it came with a very cheap generic strap which lessened the appearance of the watch. Im not sure the battery life is quite as good as Samsung suggest, but then i expect this has something to do with it being a refurb. Id say it lasts 2 days with certain battery savung features rather than the 80hrs advertised

I'm very pleased with my Samsung smart watch 5pro. It arrived very quickly, and like brand new. It didn't come with wireless charger, but I expected that from reading reviews on BackMarket. Well packaged and so easy to set up.

I bought the watch for my husband and he loves it. He is actually planning daily exercise through the watch and app. Win win. Watch arrived and looked like new. Reassuring it was checked and serviced to such a high standard and is guarranteed for 12 months.

I was determined to buy my husband a smart watch. He had wanted once since he bought me mine. It was easy to find and purchase. When it arrived it was in the original box seal unbroken. It was brand new and has worked like a dream since buying it in June.

Good watch but did not come with a charger I feel it should have or been highlighted no charger with a smart watch. Little bit disappointed but over all service was speedy. The watch it's self is very good battery little weak but it's second hand enjoying my purchase and will use company again

The quality was top notch, you would have to look really hard to see a few scuff marks. Delivery was really good; arrived earlier than expected. This was anniversary gift for my hubby who was thrilled with it. Will definitely be checking back market before anyone else when looking to purchase any electronic good!

I was really impressed with the speed of service, and quality of the smart watch, it was in excellent condition, however I sent in a galaxy S10e phone for sale to help offset the cost of the watch, I explained that it was locked to EE,however it was rejected due to it being unlocked, but to make matters worse they stated my phone wouldn't be returned unless I provided a returns delivery note, and sent me a link that seemed to ask a lot of questions ie size of package weight and the total cost was between £15-£20, so I deliberated on this and then my phone was returned at no cost to me so the, episode with providing a returns label seemed like a scam,

iv brought a few phones from backmarket now and never been let down. i got a watch this "time" which turned out awesome ( it was in top nick condition ) im struggling to get a golfing app on it but that's a me thing and I'm shore ill figure it out cheers guys and gals rich
