Ordered this to replace an older watch that was becoming unreliable due to water ingress. Went for the Galaxy 5 Pro, as reviews suggested it had the longest battery life. Watch arrived when expected as was in excellent condition, no scratches or dings and a brand new strap. Didn't have the original packaging, but that wasn't a problem. Over a week in and the watch performs like new. Amazing price, as the Samsung store are currently selling this at £200 more than I paid through Back Market. Very happy indeed.

Excellent smart watch, really please with it however, was not sold as described though as there was a cheap watch band, and not original Samsung one. I would have expected this on a watch advertised as excellent

Watch came very quickly and in excellent condition. My only small gripe is that it came with a very cheap generic strap which lessened the appearance of the watch. Im not sure the battery life is quite as good as Samsung suggest, but then i expect this has something to do with it being a refurb. Id say it lasts 2 days with certain battery savung features rather than the 80hrs advertised

The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍

Fantastic experience, I'm not sure if I got a new device or refurbished, the box was sealed and everything inside too. I'm beyond happy with a great deal I have got. And the watch Galaxy 5 pro is really cool.

perfect condition, arrived in quick time, excellent service. same opinion about the phone I got before Christmas (flip 4). I don't think I will use any other company to order my tech from when needing a phone or wearable in future.

Good service, good product, good price. Only thing is that the condition was supposed to be 'excellent' but there was a scraped engraving on the back. I wish I'd known since I bought it as a present for my mum. The price was good enough though to accept that.

best thing i got from back market as a returning costumer- usually even excellent condition devices the battery health is very low and the battery dies fast. the battery on this watch lasts ages & it truly was excellent condition

I bought the watch for my husband and he loves it. He is actually planning daily exercise through the watch and app. Win win. Watch arrived and looked like new. Reassuring it was checked and serviced to such a high standard and is guarranteed for 12 months.
