Fantastic service and purchase. I was a little worried about buying a reconditioned phone,not knowing what to really expect. But my concerns disappeared when my Flip4 arrived. The condition said very good, but it was like new. Not a mark or scratch on it. I've left it for 2 weeks to leave a review just so I could be confident in the phone's operation. Again it's just like a new phone and hasn't missed a beat. I certainly won't be buying a new phone again. I had to buy a charger and cable separately even though a cable came with the phone. That's just so I could charge at 25 watts which is much quicker. Excellent shopping experience.

I selected my zflip 4 in 'good' quality expecting the worst, but honestly i am amazed with how good 'good' quality actually is! Just a small paint chip on the hinge and a perfect screen - the battery was decent, holds better on protect battery mode which is cool with me. I found backmarket, after breaking my original flip 4, when it was reccomended to me by a family memeber. Turns out it's cheaper to get a refurbished zflip 4 than getting a broken screen fixed!

So pleased! This is my first experience using Backmarket and purchasing a refurbished phone. The quality of the phone is like new and was packaged really nicely with a charger. So far I have been using the new phone for a couple of weeks and it's met all of my expectations. Affordability is a huge thing for me too and being able to get student discount was extremely helpful. Will definitely buy from you again when it's time for a new phone. Thanks again!

Never thought I'd find a refurbished phone as good as this one. It feels, looks, and works like it's brand new.

amazing deal. I bought samsung flip 4 . it looks as new one. only bad side I could see is battery goes down very fast and slight over temperature. I believe in back market. another thing is payment side. we need to have a credit card or we have to select another funding firm . I suggest them to add debit card payment too. thank you very much.

The phones pretty good i thought it would come all batterd and scratched but to be honest looked brand new really pleased with it and in all fairness you just chuck a case on phones nowadays anyway and the samsung flip i got is sound batterys not the greatest compaired to my last phone but it dont reli matter to me i only use it to text and to ring lol so all in all yeah goos experience

Delivery was good, I cannot fault that however, there seems to be a problem with my Samsung z flip 4. It turns itself off randomly especially when I unfold or fold it which is most annoying. I paid for a phone that was supposed to be in good condition which costs a bit extra and now not even a month later I am having issues with it. I'd like to know what can be done about this.
