Outstanding, First time buying refurbished. i bought the fold 4 in excellent condition and it came and it was if it was brand new. not one mark on it. perfect condition.

First time using back market & bought a fair condition samsung fold 4.Thought it would be OK maybe a few marks on it but dam it was in top condition & for £400 compared to the new whatever the astronomical price is for the latest device is,very happy with my purchase. Hope not to be back too soon for another phone but will buy again.😁

Ordered a Galaxy Fold 4 in 'Fair' condition from Meelie Mobile on 18th of December and arrived next day mid-afternoon. Apart from a few micro scratches and bleam on the cover screen (both which are only really visible from bright indoor lighting and not visible when the screen is on) and a few minor marks on the body, the device was in solid condition; the inside folding screen is pristine. No problems whatsoever Overall a very good deal and would be from this store again.

I am delighted with the phone itself and the colour which I love. The only problem I encountered was when I set up the phone, there was a link that I clicked ((unfortunately I cannot remember where), and it made me reset the phone as it mentioned I was malware/spam after that moment. It is working safely and effectively because I downloaded the security software first, thank you.

The phone came way earlier than expected and in a very good package. Yes, the online description said it’s fair, but I was surprised it came like looking like a new one…and it works and feels like a new one too. I’m very pleased 🥹

great first experience. went for a fair quality to make my Zfold 4 affordable and was really happy with the condition. it has a couple of dents in the outer body but the screen is in great condition and the battery feels decent too. saves about £1000 by not buying one new

Delivery was very fast like 2-3 days and the Phone was in amazing condition, pretty much clean almost brand new from the condition. Really happy with my purchase and will buy again from backmarket in future, fully recommend them.

A thumbs up yet again to Backmarket as this device surpassed my expectations in terms of condition. My only advice to others considering purchasing a Samsung Galaxy fold 4 however is to consider the thickness when closed and weight. It's like two mobiles strapped together in the pocket and for first time foldable users this may be an issue. The exterior screen is also rather narrow. This is no reflection on Backmarket though, who have always provided me with an excellent service.
