I was somewhat sceptical about buying a refurbished phone having never done it before. However, thought I'd give it a try. I went for the fair grade phone expecting scratches, dings, marks etc all over it. My only want was the screens to be good enough, as I was planning on putting a case in anyway. The phone, however, is immaculate. I don't know how this is a fair graded phone, because it looks like new! I can't imagine how the higher grade phones look, they must literally be as new. Seriously happy with my purchase and glad I stuck with the fair graded phone. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Outstanding, First time buying refurbished. i bought the fold 4 in excellent condition and it came and it was if it was brand new. not one mark on it. perfect condition.

First time using back market & bought a fair condition samsung fold 4.Thought it would be OK maybe a few marks on it but dam it was in top condition & for £400 compared to the new whatever the astronomical price is for the latest device is,very happy with my purchase. Hope not to be back too soon for another phone but will buy again.😁

The phone is in amazing condition, not a mark on it and this was just the Good condition! Plus i was upgrades to the next storage size for free. I have purchased several items from Back Market and as always the items have been top class.

Bought this phone for partner so far so good she's enjoying it . The charging cable is a bit of a let down it's not fast charging but the phone itself is in excellent condition. I hope it stays same .

Ordered a Galaxy Fold 4 in 'Fair' condition from Meelie Mobile on 18th of December and arrived next day mid-afternoon. Apart from a few micro scratches and bleam on the cover screen (both which are only really visible from bright indoor lighting and not visible when the screen is on) and a few minor marks on the body, the device was in solid condition; the inside folding screen is pristine. No problems whatsoever Overall a very good deal and would be from this store again.

I am delighted with the phone itself and the colour which I love. The only problem I encountered was when I set up the phone, there was a link that I clicked ((unfortunately I cannot remember where), and it made me reset the phone as it mentioned I was malware/spam after that moment. It is working safely and effectively because I downloaded the security software first, thank you.

The phone came way earlier than expected and in a very good package. Yes, the online description said it’s fair, but I was surprised it came like looking like a new one…and it works and feels like a new one too. I’m very pleased 🥹

great first experience. went for a fair quality to make my Zfold 4 affordable and was really happy with the condition. it has a couple of dents in the outer body but the screen is in great condition and the battery feels decent too. saves about £1000 by not buying one new
