This phone was bought for my wife. She was extremely happy with it. I must add that I was a bit sceptical, but when it came in the post and I saw it I was very surprised. No scratches and it was in perfect condition. No complaints. Will definitely buy again.😁

My new phone is wonderful! It arrived on time, at exactly the quality I ordered it at. If the seal wasn't broken on the original packaging I'd have thought this was a completely new phone fresh out of the factory!

Excellent quality! I thoroughly enjoyed purchasing a "fair" rated Z Fold 5 from them. While there were minor scratches on the cover, the inner display was flawless. The hinges and overall functionality are perfect, and the battery is outstanding—lasting a full day even with heavy usage. Amazing job, truly deserving of a 5/5!

Great service. Wasn't due to arrive until after Christmas but arrived Christmas eve. The phone is in excellent condition. Just 1 tiny scratch that l only found by accident. Wanted a Fold since they came out but couldn't justify the cost of a new one. Only down side is no accessories like a charger and cable. But thanks anyway.

No complaints whatsoever, could not tell it wasn't brand new I think technically the battery health was a little less than new but what do you expect and it's still good enough to get me through the day with ease

Excellent service. Condition stated as "good" rather than "excellent" and seemed to be due to a very small silver mark in the black casing. Very pleased with the phone after the first week, and a great way to get hold of equipment I couldn't really afford otherwise.

Really pleased with my purchase from Backmarket and Meelie Mobile. The item was graded as "Fair" so I was sceptical about what condition it would be in. However, it arrived boxed, with one minor scratch on the power button, and a couple of feint scratches on the screen, so I'm very happy with the condition. It works great and the battery health is 98%, so I'm very happy. I would happily order again.

It arrived looking brand new with a battery capacity of 95% according to accubattery app. It holds a charge for up to 2 days if I optimise the apps etc. It's really fast and the inner screen is a pleasure to watch videos on. The 2 speakers (top & bottom) are great quality. The phone multitasks very well on the inner screen allowing 3 apps to display at once. I really can't fault it at this moment in time. There isn't one single scratch on it and only the centre crease on the inner screen which they all have which soon becomes unnoticeable as you watch a video. it was the crease that made me worried about buying a Z Fold 5 but I needn't have worried, it really isn't an issue. When the screen is on you really have to look for it to see it. Happy purchase.

Absolutely brilliant service. I was, like others, sceptical. Ordered one day and the very next day the phone arrived. I went for huge capacity over quality and opted for fair. Apart from some microscopic scratches on the edge and a tiny one in the front screen, I seriously cannot fault the phone. Absolutely brilliant an like many other reviewers, ill definitely use Back Market again! Thank you... very happy.
