The watch was in excellent physical condition, new even. But the heart rate sensor didnt work, no green light emmitted. There was no quibble however. I returned it and within a day a full refund was issued as a repair was deemed not possible.

Watch worked for 12 hours and then never turned on again

I highly recommend the Backmarket experience, having used this site to buy my Garmin Fenix 6 Pro, I have nothing to complain about, everything went as planned, whether it was the purchase, the delivery or the product itself. As for the watch itself, it's a great watch. I bought it more than 3 years ago, and it has never let me down, despite intensive use. I've put it through its paces downhill mountain biking, skiing, trail running and swimming, and it's never let me down!
