I'm very happy with Back market, so far not let me down. I am a bit piffed with my latest buy. not with product but price. I spent £318 on order after 3 days research for cheaper. Once purchased I saw same model for £218 and brand new. sometimes you can get cheaper. but hey poo happens.

Item was listed as excellent. Arrived with multiple scratches on the screen and housing. Strap was very worn and loop was missing so band wasn't usable. I contacted backmarket, with photos that clearly showed the damage. According to backmarkets own rules items classified as excellent (or even good) can have no scratches to the screen. This had multiple. I am not sure it would even qualify as "fair". Yet despite the fact i paid for an item in excellent quality and was sent one that was certainly not good and maybe not even fair, their response was not to replace it with one actually in excellent condition but to offer me just a 10% discount (the same item in good condition, which this was not, are on sale on backmarket for much less than 10% less than i paid). i will return the item and i will not purchase from backmarket again. Beyond disappointed. I wanted to do some thing sustainable but this has been a huge frustrating waste of time.

Really good conditions

The watch was in excellent physical condition, new even. But the heart rate sensor didnt work, no green light emmitted. There was no quibble however. I returned it and within a day a full refund was issued as a repair was deemed not possible.
