My Samsung tablet arrived in pristine condition. I'm yet to say I'm fully happy with th battery life. But seeing it is refurbished, it seems adequate for my current needs. BackMarket is a fantastic company with outstanding customer service! I'm thankful for their existence😁🙏🎉 and long may they live!

Product as described. Few minor scratches but that was expected with a refurbished product! Not had one of these generation of Ipads before but it charges very slowly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

iPad Pro arrived as described in good time. You do have your doubts about buying refurbished items and sending quite a lot of money for something you haven’t fiscally seen but the device is all I hoped for thank you Back Market. I will be recommending you to family and friends.

So I got this for my friend, three weeks after I got mine. Exact same model and condition, it looks as new as mine did. No complaints at all. This is my 4th purchase from back market in 3 months and all my devices are literally soooo good. I’d always choose refurbished over new tech tbh

I plumped for ‘fair’ but It’s impossible to notice a defect unless you stick your face millimetres away. I bought it for making art and writing and it works beautifully. Nice size too. Thanks to Back Market using my favoured Apple products is affordable. Kudos to the refurbisher too!

This was brought for my son as a Christmas present. I did pay the extra for an original Apple box and also I paid out extra for a good quality refurbished iPad. The result was my son was super happy with what he’d been given, it was in excellent condition without a single mark on it as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend anyone to go down the refurbished route and read up on what you are buying as many of these products actually have never been used. Initially I was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished iPad however I couldn’t be happier with the service from Back Market.
