Very good quality product. Customer services were easily accessible and the delivery was quick. I do have some concerns about how long the phone keeps the charge for though.

After only a year of use, the phone has suddenly shut down, not responding to battery charge or power on. This is the second refurbished Google pixel 3 XL I've bought that has shut down in the space of a year.

It worked perfectly for 3 years (I've just broken it by dropping it a lot, but otherwise it still works fine).

I'm really annoyed with the purchase, phone came with a troubleshoot message and I could use it. I purchased it on the 15th of November. I asked for a refund so I can get a new phone because mine is broken. They took my money and still have it it's now the 6th of December. I haven't received any news yet and I'm really starting to feel annoyed because it's a lot of money.

As advertised (except for the Jack port)

Arrived with 83% battery capacity, after a few months it is no longer able to charge with the standard USB A charger, unless you use high wattage USB C chargers

I do not understand why I have not received the charger and that this TL does have its original charger.
