The delivery was super fast, arrived the next day after ordering. The phone itself was as if new. It was just what I was looking for, small, light and capable, though you have to keep one eye on the battery.

Really speedy delivery and previously I have had no problems with the mobiles. However on this occasion I am very disappointed as when I received the phone it is not allowing me to connect a UK sim and says the phone is still locked onto a Japanese network ( NTT DOCOMO)!!!! I have tried everything on the website suggested to resolve the issue. Really needed this phone to be up and running quickly and this is causing more inconvenience that help!
