Very happy with my refurbished Pixel 5. Screen and body in what I would consider excellent condition. Runs smoothly and battery life seems very good so far. Arrived very quickly in the post.

I have brought from Back Market before. As I was really happy with my previous purchases I brought another item. I overall I'm really with my purchase. The phone was in great condition. However the protective packaging could of been better.

Works perfectly. Actually in better condition than i was expecting. The phone I bought was advertised as in fair condition but I think it was more good or excellent condition. Very happy with the purchase. It didn't come with the original charger etc but otherwise it was fine.

I bought the excellent version where it states that the screen will be in perfect condition, but the phone I received had a lot of micro scratches on the screen. Although it won't affect daily usage. But since it was mentioned that the screen will be in perfect condition I can't help but feel a bit off. Hence no 5 star. The body is in perfect condition though. Screen condition should be mentioned properly. Also when I checked today the price was reduced by £20.

Really pleased. Phone arrived well packaged and is spotless. Although the camera shutter makes a noise which can't be switched off, I read about this in other reviews and it doesn't bother me at all. I'm really pleased with how quickly the phone arrived and the great condition it was in. Thanks Back Market!

Great phone, as described and for a fraction of the price from new. As usual Backmarket provides great service, clear updates on when it will arrive. This is my third phone that I've bought through Backmarket over the years and I'd recommend them to anyone.

The phone is perfect. It looks new, and I was surprised, as the condition listed on the page was "fair". Everything functions perfectly well and the battery life is good. It's true that it heated up quite a bit during setup and this got me worried, but in daily life use it didn't happen again. I am very happy with the purchase and with Backmarket's service. I will buy in back Market again and recommend it. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that they were sending me an email a day or maybe even more from the moment I bought it until I received it. I felt that was unnecessary, but I guess some people might like it.

Accurate descriptions of phone product purchased with rapid delivery. Prompt acceptance of buy back phone, just would like quicker payment for same, 10 days after email confirmation seems to long to me.

Delivery was quick - phone got dispatched fast and Royal Mail did a decent job which was a relief. The phone is fine. Screen was perfect. Back cover was a bit worn looking but fine as it is in a case now. Buttons all good and holds a decent amount of charge. Great replacement for one of my kids who dropped and smashed theirs.
