An excellent phone - I've had one for a couple of years, then saw the price of these reconditioned ones on Back Market: bought one for my wife's Christmas present - and then another for my daughter's birthday! Excellent quality photos - everyone comments on the clarity and colour. Excellent zoom and wide focus too.

I used Back Market to buy someone a MacBook Pro and it looked fabulous, almost new. When I dropped my 9 month old iPhone 15 Plus down a drain, I didn't have the money to spend another £1,000 there and then to buy a new iPhone. Bought this and the camera is better than the 15 Plus by miles, and it's speedier, for £800 less than my iPhone I lost. That might be more of a Pixel thing than it is about refurbished products, but my point is you can have something great for a cheap price. a 3 year downgrade isn't as bad as you think, and you're also helping the planet too I guess. Be smart and buy refurbished.

I was a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished phone, but I'm so glad I took the plunge with Back Market! My Google Pixel 6 Pro arrived in excellent condition and looks practically new. Very pleased so far with the Pixel 6 Pro. I had to look for imperfections. The company which prepared the item seems to have done a really good job. The packaging was good, the battery life is much better than I expected. Everything seems to be pretty much spot on. I am very happy with my first purchase on Back Market.

I'm really happy with my new phone, the condition is as described and it arrived sooner than expected. Battery life is shorter than I expected but, otherwise, it's a fabulous phone! Back Market communication was great, and the ordering process was incredibly simple.

The cover for the camera lenses has just fallen off. I pressed it back on but I'm worried that one of the sensors will not be properly aligned. I have invested many hours configuring the apps for this phone so I really want to keep it. however, I'm extremely worried about its durability after this incident.

Great experience with Back Market - love the phone! it's fast, has tons of storage and takes superb pictures. There are two negatives which may just be phone-related: Sometimes speaker quality is tinny. Also, people have said the phone was breaking up really badly several times. On the whole though it's a great phone.

I got my Google Pixel 6 Pro very quickly. The phone looks great and good value for money for the specifications. Can’t say much more that I am happy with the purchase for now (only had for a couple of weeks) and I hope it serves me for long.

Device looked great, far better physical condition than I'd expect. However it has a broken SIM tray and was stuck in a boot loop from being forced shutdown during an update. Both were worked around but took additional time and effort. If it hasn't been Christmas Eve I'd have sent the phone back and asked for a refund.
