I purchased a Google Pixel 7 in white, but I got it in Lemongrass which was the biggest win 😀. I had only chosen white because it was cheaper but lemongrass was my first preference and that's the one I got, they even sent a note with it apologising for the colour change but I was actually happy about it lol 😆. The phone was in excellent condition, just as they said. It had no scratches on the screen or back glass, although there were a few marks on the camera bump but that's not an issue. The charging port also shows signs of use but since it's refurbished, that's not something to complain about. Overall, I loved my phone, I still do and I'll definitely buy my next device on backmarket 😁👌🏽.

First time I've bought a reconditioned phone and I was a bit unsure what to choose. I decided to choose a fair condition phone. I was surprised when it arrived at how good the condition actually was, barely a mark on it. Phone works great and I'm glad I decided to buy a reconditioned phone rather than a new one at twice the price. Very pleased overall.

Fab, like new. Let people pay full price for new phones if they like, you may as well benefit from their silliness and buy refurbished.

The phone is fast and the battery life (even though I didn't get a new battery) lasted me 2 days of travelling without the phone being plugged in (in extreme battery saver, occasionally using Disney+, Spotify, WhatsApp and Google Maps). It came in fantastic condition, has loads of space, no complaints!!!!

I ordered a pixel 7 in fair condition and it arrived in excellent condition. So no complaints. I got a phone and a laptop through backmarket previously, and all of those were fine too. Which is why I ordered this time again. Although, the charging cable I got with the Pixel does not work, I texted backmarket customer service, and hoping they will replace it for me.

After an unfortunate phone drop resulting in a smashed screen, I decided that for the same price as a repair, I may as well just get a newer upgrade for my payg. Ordered a Google Pixel 7 on here and have been really pleased with it so far. It arrived quickly in immaculate condition with an excellent battery too. Definitely better than expected, was a bit dubious after mixed reviews, but would definitely recommend this site based on my experience.

I ordered the pixel 7 in excellent condition. It was an upgrade from the pixel 4a 5g. The camera is better, the storage is 256gb so plenty more room for photos of the kids. Came quickly, excellent condition, excellent phone, and cheap enough price.

Back market was a cheaper way of replacing my phone. I only replaced it because it was damaged to the point of it being un-economical to repair. The buying process was smooth and the device I received was in good and working condition.
