Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Working well. Only concern is that the box didn’t say Apple on it, or have the Apple symbol, which made me wonder about the validity. Is this because you make the boxes when you recondition the AirPods?

I love the headset really, just started using was quite confusing t first how to set it up. I didn't know I had to download Sony app in my phone to be able to connect to my phone. I am enjoying it. it came looking pretty look . now I'm confused if it's really new. lol the delivery was very fast. not up to 2 days. I am still gonna review again I hope it lasts long. highly recommend

As an Apple product this item is still latched to another account, making it a security issue. Case battery is on its last gasp, but ok for the price. The item is functional at a first look and keeps up with original standards.

So happy that I can still buy the older models with the better shape. These were “excellent” and visibly they are so. Not a scratch on them. Battery is good. Their connection is pretty poor (worse than my gen 1s that I was replacing so not an age thing) and the sound is a bit crackly sometimes (not high volume cracking, just normal listening). The cable provided was not genuine Apple (wasn’t advertised like that or anything) so as with most knock-offs, it is hard to get it to actually charge anything. I swung by the Apple Store to buy a new one which works perfectly (proving it was the cable)

Very happy with my purchase was slightly worried about buying refurbished however upon arrival no issues and very happy with the service provided would highly recommend buying refurbished as they feel brand new down to the unboxing experience

Good quality AirPods. The sound, the definition & noise cancellation is fab. I thought Apple would have sorted the ‘one bud falls out of your ear’ issue by now but seemingly not. Still the quality of this product is fantastic.

These were a gift and they work perfectly. I received them with a case but without buds/tips/cushions and discussed this with the customer service team. They were very patient and helpful. The quality were really good and my friend uses this daily. I don't recall seeing scratches and it came with a box. I would 100% buy from back market again and I'm a recurring customer too.

Incredibly happy with the airpods - they’re in absolutely perfect condition. Not a single fault on them. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery but no fault of the seller, however, the Back Market team dealt with the entire situation incredibly - constant updates and support. As always, BackMarket is my go to!

The buds is good, sound was good but they came without extra ear tips. They are lose and fall off when I shake my head. It might have fit well if I had the extra tips to switch. But I don't know that now and have returned the device.
