I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Back Market. The product was marketed as being in good condition. The laptop arrived in a couple of days and on time. Upon opening the condition was definitely at the top end of being good. The laptop was very easy to set up, helpful step by step instructions were available as soon as I logged on. I have now been using the product for a couple of weeks and am really happy with the purchase.

Second time I've bought off back market and a great experience again. Easy to order , very quick delivery. Very well packed. And a fantastic product!!! I bought a reconditioned laptop and you would never of known it wasn't brand new! Very happy indeed.

I came across this site by accident and I'm glad I did. I had ordered a reconditioned laptop from another source and was let down 3 times on the delivery. so I decided to cancel and get one from this site. not only was it a more superior laptop but it also arrived the next day. customer is more than happy with his upgrade to what he was getting but thanked me for the prompt service. 5 star service and will definitely be ordering again.

I chose the HP Elitebook 840 after carefully going through the reviews, particularly in Which. I found that the pros far outweighed the cons, the main con being the touch pad. A wireless mouse and good mouse pad have solved this and I've ended up with a cracking good laptop at a fraction of the new price.

Bought it for one of my kids so they could hack on Linux. The hardware seems very nice. it's quite an old laptop so it's been reconditioned well. No problems; no complaints.

Simplicity itself. I was seeking a cheap laptop to use mainly for video/film in my bedroom to avoid having to carry my main laptop upstairs each evening, So, for a reasonable price I bought a laptop for the job. As it's an HP Pavilion it is robustly made unlike the flimsier modern version. It does all I ask is fast, efficient and effective and Back Market has a very satisfied customer

Laptop came really quickly from being ordered to doorstep was only a day or 2. Laptop is great and battery holds up brilliantly. Can't fault the service and will definitely use again. Only downside in my own experience was it still had some news and weather settings set in foreign language and can't for the life of me work out how to change it. But I don't use it so have muted it so it's not even a downside. Overall, great service, fast delivery, product was in immaculate condition and at a bargain price!!
