The phone is not working the phone battery keeps dying it is not charging

Good general condition but a little disappointed for the first time with you unfortunately, I took a model in perfect condition, but it arrived with the speaker very dirty and complicated to recover, too bad! I'll be ordering again though, as overall I've had very good experiences on Backmarket!

The item works fine but I can't get the time etc to display correctly through the case window (I liked this feature and chose the Huawei P20 for it). I may not have found the correct procedure - could you help?

Quite satisfied with my purchase. However, the phone didn't work properly after 6 months: impossible to pick up during incoming calls, impossible to hang up during outgoing calls. The banner appears at the top of the screen, but no action is possible. The touch screen is working properly though. I contact the service department

package well received with phone inside ^^ a charging cable as promised, the phone is as shown in the photos, now I just have to try it out when my daughter opens her Christmas present.
