Was sceptical about buying a phone from this site but can say I was pleasantly surprised. Received the phone the next day and it's in excellent condition and complete working order. Will definatley be using back market again.

This phone came next day,as stated unlocked was not first choice because the other by different customer had not a other one at same price customer service were very helpful up to this time, been using backmarket for couple year's and phone LOOK in better condition than advising I'd use again thanks 👍

This phone will be sent back. Presentation and condition really good all the features and functions great just as my old one exactly the same that's why I chose back market as you can't by new P20 lites anymore Unfortunately they must be an issue with-in the phone as connecting to any Internet or making a call was very intermittent the mobile data is extremely bad so unfortunately my 1st experience in obtaining a reconditioned phone will be the last

Had an issue with the first phone that was sent. Contacted backmarket, sent original Purchase back and received a brand new one in return can't recommend enough
