I had my no hope that the phone would never come and I thought it will come broken but to my surprise I did work looks very new couldn't even see that it was refurbished love their service I will buy another pricey phone here again than buying at EE or 3 rather just buy here cheap and good phone

Pink Huawei P20 refurbished. Over all an amazing buy, comes with all you may need. Had some small technical difficulties to overcome, however I don't believe this to be a fault of the refurbishment,though should be noted that it's possible to have them. All works perfectly as intended. If I hadn't bought it myself, I wouldn't tell its not brand new. Highly recommend! Will update if any new faults arise. Thank you

the condition of the phone, as always, is better than stated, no surprise in that. thank you. For me the main thing is that I finally found the perfect replacement/upgrade of my well beloved huawei p30 pro, which I thought would never happen. Great phone.

Purchased this phone for my child,as my wife and both have one. Feedback is the Camera and screen quality is excellent and phone processing speed is lightning fast compared to the old P20. All in all a fantastic buy. Customer service is first class, why by new when you can have a refurbished for less.

Great phone, with a big screen display and a fantastic camera, just getting used to navigating around the apps how it operate. Best discription I can give it, is its a cross between my fold Samsung S23, and my sons iPhone Overall I'm very pleased

Eventually received item 10 days after order. I was informed it was despatched on 9th Apr, actually posted on 15th Apr and received on 17th! Then when received it was black instead of the blue ordered! Very disappointed. The good points are the phone was excellent condition and technically ok, same spec as advertised and good value for money.

Extremely fast from order to delivery. Phone exactly as described, maybe even a bit better than expected. All good so far with functionality, although it's only been a week or two since it arrived. Very impressed up to yet though.

Brilliant, Phone is great, in working order. The back has an ever so slight gap on the left side from casing to the screen. I don't know if this will let water in over time as it should be sealed closed, but for now It's functional and good quality.

Speed of the delivery was unbelievably fast. The condition of the phone is immaculate. The price is unbeatable. I'll never buy a new phone again for thousand of pounds because Back Market is our new market 👌. Well done guys!
