They said it was all fine but turns out to not load any games and is too laggy they said 1 year return policy but said I can’t return it within 20 days.

Excellent transaction, fast delivery, will have to wait and see on the quality of the reconditioning. But very happy with my purchase.

As I've had almost the same tablet before, there was hardly any surprise. The tray works perfectly and looks good too. Unfortunately the description, I didn't read everything after seeing the name, was misleading for me. This device I ordered is a third smaller than my previous one. That surprised me. All in all, however, I am satisfied. The delivery also worked quickly and smoothly!

Although the tablet had travelled a long way from Lithuania to Germany, it arrived undamaged within a few days. The accessories such as the cable and charger were complete and the casing was clean. The screen is flawless and the edges of the casing are undamaged. The software is also perfect. So my verdict is entirely positive: Payment processing went smoothly and without any problems, dispatch with tracking worked (priority delivery), the device is fine. I would buy here again.

As far as the tablet is concerned, everything is OK. But the FedEx delivery was a horror The deliveryman rang the intercom and left in a hurry, and nobody was there. I had to watch through my window, run into the street to stop him starting up and get my tablet back. 2 days lost waiting. This makes me hesitate to recommend Back Market.

After a year, I'm very satisfied with the purchase, the tablet was brand new and works great. I was only disappointed that it didn't have a stylus, which I had to buy separately as it doesn't specify whether it's one of the accessories that came with it or not.

Although it's not possible to get someone on the phone when you suddenly want to ask for information, I'm still satisfied with my experience with BackMarket. It's true that the online purchase and delivery were very quick. Good value for money for my tablet. But the version was not mentioned in the description on the site. I think you should add it. On the other hand, I'm struggling to access the site where you have to register for the insurance even though I've paid for it. What's the solution if I can't access this site even with your technical help? I didn't have to do this for my previous purchase.
