I have previously purchased my refurbished phones from a well known competitor, but on this occasion I decided to try out Back Market as they offered a better (and cheaper!) deal on this phone, AND they offered the 'new battery' option, which the other service didn't. All I can say is WOW, just WOW! The phone arrived in mint condition (as described) along with 100% battery health. I must admit though, when I picked up the box and heard something small and rattling about inside, I dreaded opening it expecting a broken screen or something. But no, it was only the sim card tray adapter and Lightning cable. lol. I feel like I have just bought a brand new phone, it IS that good! I can definitely recommend Back Market as THE place to go for your refurbished phones. I will probably mention about my experiences of buying from them on our YouTube channel soon enough. The order came very quickly and the phone looks pretty good. It took 3-4 attempts to transfer all my data and set up though. Not sure if this was because of the phone or because of my technical inability! I will keep monitoring the phone to see if any other issues come up. Everything else seems okay at the moment. 😊

I purchased the Iphone 11 Pro Max 64GB for my daughter. The phone is as good as new and she is thrilled with it. So far so far, no issues! I was a bit hesitant as I've never purchased from BackMarket before, however the purchasing process was simple, I was informed regularly about it's delivery. End to end, seamless process. I think it's fair to say BackMarket have gained a customer for life. Highly recommend this business and will not hesitate to make a purchase again.

Brilliant service from backmarket, iPhone 11 Pro Max arrived 2 days early and is now set up and working brilliantly. Looks brand new, no evidence of scratches etc. I was provided a charging cable but am unable to use it as I haven’t the right adapter as it is apparently for the newer models and my previous model was an iPhone 7, not sure what I need to do as it’s of no use unless I can get an appropriate adapter.

Excellent service and exceptional iPhone 11 Pro Max, practically as new, for a fraction of the cost. First time using Backmarket and highly recommend it.

When I received the phone I charged it before use, I began to see notification pop up saying" battery not recognise, "unknown part" message battery not genuine iPhone" At that point I did become more curious to know why and I searched for help on your website and saw the explaination given to that effect. However, I will use the phone for the next 30days and if battery persist to run down early I might have to contact back. I wanted to write to your company regarding that but I will wait 30days if nothing improves I might return it

Seller was no longer available when mobile had to be return for repair under guarantee however, Back Market gave me a full refund which was good service. My only complaint was the whole process took about 2 weeks.

Phone came in perfect condition as described, however the phone was locked to a network after stating the phone was unlocked. This was bought as a gift and being that we were out of the country we have unlocked the phone ourselves with a separate company which was a bit of a disappointment as we were unable to use the phone straight away.
