I was apprehensive about buying a refurbished IPhone, but my old one wasn’t charging and I didn’t want to spend stupid amounts of money on a brand new one. I needn’t have worried, the refurbished iPhone I purchased from Back Market was brilliant, looked like new and I have had absolutely no problems with it. The service from Back Markwas excellent, I would definitely recommend them and you get to help the environment too, win win!!

I recently purchased an iPhone from Back Market and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Initially, my tracking information showed that the delivery would be by July 30th, but to my pleasant surprise, it arrived on July 27th. The condition of the phone is outstanding—absolutely no scratches, and it looks as good as new. Additionally, the battery health is at 100%, which is fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it came with a USB to Lightning cable; I was expecting a Type-C to Lightning charging cable. Other than that, the service exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Back Market for anyone looking for quality refurbished phones. Great job!

Pleased with phone. Arrived sooner than expected. Only trouble was I couldn’t use it for nearly two weeks as I was waiting for the case and screen protector to arrive. Took almost 2 weeks longer to arrive! Phone is great though.

Fantastic experience with my first purchase from back market I got a iPhone X for a reasonable price and when it turned up the condition was excellent you wouldn’t have known it wasn’t brand new. I will be using back market again for future purchases thank you.

Phone is brilliant, just what I was after the only disappointment is the battery life is poor. Whether this is down to the age of the phone or apples software updates is unknown so I will still leave the highest review. Battery life on this device is now questionable

Phone arrived quickly. It was advertised as being in fair condition but it looked absolutely fine bar a couple of marks on the edge of the phone,which wouldn’t be seen once a case was on it. Just what I needed.
