Amazing! I ordered this iMac because of the heavy specs and great price and I am not disappointed! Item arrived a little later than advertised but was delivered in A1 condition. This iMac came in an original Apple box with original Apple wireless keyboard & mouse and had the smell of a new car, yummy! Took it for a road test and the specs are exactly as advertised - the entire unit and accessories are in EXCELLENT condition (just a couple of minor scratches on the base stand which are barely visible). I'll never buy new again, refurbished tech is the future people! Happy customer :-)

I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!

Thrilled with my IMac, had been thinking about changing my old one for a while as it was getting very slow and freezing but the cost of a new one was daunting. Was recommended Back market by a friend. Delivery was as promised and it is as good as new, couldn't be happier.

I have come to live back market, the products are always fantastic and even if there is an issue they sort it out really quickly. I prefer to buy refurbished as it's more eco friendly and that's exactly what back market stands for which is fantastic. high quality goods at cheaper prices and eco friendly, can't fault it at all. my only issue is that the descriptions could be much clearer. as a person with dyslexia I struggle to read black text on a white screen and I misread so ething which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic and it was sorted really quickly. I am going to be ordering phones for my teenagers very soon as Christmas isn't far away and I'll definitely be buying them from back market.

High quality machine, refurbished to a really good standard. I'm still moving stuff from my old machine, which is taking longer than I had hoped - shows how old my original machine is. Super fast delivery, and good communication. Really happy with the service received.

(second attempt!) We've had a struggle, to be honest. 15 attempts to create a new password failed at the last fence, when the verification step either produced nothing, or a message saying effectively "Can't do it; try later" An expert neighbour talked to an Apple agent, who freed the blockage - thought to be caused by an incomplete cleen sweep of the pc. Since then we've clawed our way into Apple-land, but it hasn't appeare as user-friendly as our expert promised! I'll probably stick to my Win 11, while struggling to help my wife get to grips with the new system.

When my delivery arrived I found that the screen what smashed on the top right hand corner, I whattsapp Denis from the company at about 1930 in the evening and attached a picture, Denis responded immediately he dealt with everything from the the return to the supply of a new computer, he also kept me informed throughout the process. I cannot sing his praises enough.

Terrific so far. Arrived promptly, well packaged. Needed to install Ventura - great machine, a delight to work smoothly again with a machine that cost 3000 more in 2017. Good to have a warranty. Hope all remains reliable. Very satisfied, will return to browse for replacements in future - for me makes great sense.

All appears well but I haven’t yet set up the computer as I have to work around my wife for whom I am sole carer and to find a period when I can give full concentration to this to avoid mistakes. I will comment once I have the system running
