Very happy with my iPad, it was a fast recorded delivery and was immaculate. I have been using it for the last couple of weeks since buying it online and it has exactly what I needed and expected. 5 stars for ‘backmarket’ from me!

So admittedly I was really sceptical and worried that this site was a scam. I just risked it and got an iPad. It was it perfect condition, it run smoothly, charges great. Overall it was so worth the money! They even sent a charging cable with it (although the charger overheats when charging the iPad, so I don’t use it for that). 100% recommend buying from this site and I’ll definitely be purchasing from here again!

iPad arrived as expected. A few minor marks on the back. But that’s ok as I’m sure I’ll add to them myself in time! The iPad work well and also came with 60% battery so I could set it up straight away. Perfect service and will use again I’m sure. Thank you.

The iPad is fantastic, it really looks like new, I bought it for my husband as his was broken. He thinks I’ve bought him a new one, Black Market is a trusted site, I have bought iPhones and they have been like new. I would recommend this company to anyone, they have an excellent reputation and deserve to be patronised. Thank you for iPad we love it.

So I’m a new customer to back market and I was really impressed. So ordering on the website was really good but I also ordered through the app in the end. I was really happy with the price as well. I purchased it for my ASD son so that if he brakes it then it’s not braking the bank as the iPad is so cheap but also I got the insurance as well. The delivery took a couple of days and then the biggest shock was that it also included a cable and a plug charger so I was really impressed and over joined by this lovely surprise. So thank you.

it was an amazing experience shopping at Back Market and truly wasnt expecting this good product and the best price they’ve given me. I was basically delusional because of its prize because it was a lot cheaper than the other side so that made me little delusional but seeing their warranty and everything and they trust pilot, I just went on with it and I’m amazed with their service and product and always buy again from you guys. thank you

Excellent product which came looking like new, not a scratch. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery, 2 days! I will be purchasing a macbook pro in the next week or so and hope for the same service.

I don’t usually leave reviews but i feel as if this deserves it I ordered the Ipad was a bit worried it was a scam. The next day the ipad was out of delivery and it came within two days. I chose good condition and it came pretty much new no scratches or anything. Great customer service

Can’t even tell it’s reconditioned. Daughter loves it. Will definitely be coming back for another one
