1st time using back market to purchase a refurbished iPad for my sons 1st tablet. The site is well designed, easy to navigate and the gradings easy to understand. I found the pricing to be competitive and the delivery to be decent. The device itself was graded as “good” and on closer inspection it was in great condition, so pleased with that. A great positive 1st experience and will be using and recommending this service going forward.

This is the second purchase I bought from back market. And yet again I have been so impressed with the quality and standards of my purchases. I bought this refurbished iPad for my daughter for Christmas and it stated very good condition and to be honest i would class it as perfect condition. Not a single scratch or mark was visible and I think the battery has been replaced too as it shows 100%. It came with a new charger and cable too, not genuine but I am not bothered. If I was going to be really harsh on reviewing it, the only thing I found was that it didn't seem to have been reset, but for the sake of tapping the screen a few times and resetting it myself that is the only thing I could say. Yet again a really great item and so incredibly happy and satisfied with back market and the vendors they represent. I will definitely be back when my phone needs upgrading. Highly recommended website and confident in purchasing a quality item.

Great service again this is the 3rd item I've ordered and again swift and simple order process delivered 48 hours quicker than I was told which is great. Now I've just got to learn how to use my apple ipad I've always been a samsung person purchased two S21 earlier this year and they were great highly recommend back market TY

Absolutely love this tablet. I purchased it to operate my new small Ltd company, as I couldn't afford to buy a new tablet and I am soooo pleased with it. I did my research and watched YouTube videos and was told to get a 6th generation and upwards tablet, so that it will support updates. I'm so glad I followed the advice given and found this site.

Service on back market has been brilliant. The item I purchased was great, no scratches or damage, works great. My Only down side is that it takes so long to charge ! Other than that it’s perfect thanks

Bought a ‘Good’ condition iPad for my mum. It was delivered sooner than expected and was in perfect condition. First time I’ve used Back Market, told everyone how impressed I was and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I got an iPad for an amazing price, it's for my daughter as she loves designing and art, snd always borrowed my ipad for drawing. I have charged it to check it since I got it and it's perfect! really pleased, excellent quality - no scratches on screen etc, and perfect for what my daughter will use it for!

I ordered it for my 8 year old, looks as described, works fine, the battery is alive, delivery was fast, no complaints to store. Regarding the iPad, I definitely should have done some research before ordering I didn't take the memory capacity and software into account, not much is available space for apps, RockStars is working though :)

Not our first back market purchase and it won’t be our last. A great iPad in great condition, seems to work well so far. My only gripe is that it seems(the battery) to get warm very quickly and I’m not sure if that is an issue I should be concerned about! Otherwise great value and a great buy.
