Didn't want to spend £100s on a replacement mini iPad for my daughter so got a reconditioned one. Very happy with it. The smashed one still functioned so we were able to transfer everything and she's delighted with it. I spent the extra to get a 'good' condition and, apart from a small dink, it's perfect.

Hi, I only use my iPad very periodically, and have now only just noticed a large scratch and two smaller scratches on the screen. I realise I have had the iPad for a few months, but am concerned should I wish to sell on in the future, that these scratches could affect the value. Thanks

Great for what I need, great condition and decent battery health. Didn’t need anything top spec, just something to take with me while I travel to watch movies and tv on. Better than paying full price for the latest model

The delivery was incredibly quick, just 24 hours after placing the order! The only downside was that the iPad was a different colour to the one requested. The box said the one I’d ordered but inside was different. Not the greatest problem as it was in really good condition, works perfectly and will spends its life in a cover. But if the colour is important, best to check! Apart from that, very happy with the purchase

I am really pleased with my ipad mini 5 . The device arrived with no scratches or dents and it works very smoothly. The only thing that would have made my purchase even better would be to have a physical manual. Once I had looked it up online though, the device was quite simple to figure out. Thank you Back Market, I will definitely purchase from you again 😊 .

Order was fast and reliable, chose to buy rose gold on excellent condition and received it in an excellent condition - no scratches, had a screen protection on it, covered in a bubble wrap in a box then covered with another big bubble wrap. So far, the ipad is working well. Experienced a bit of glitch when setting it up but as soon as I updated its software it’s working smoothly. Hopefully it will not have any problems on its system condition in six or more months’ time. Happy with my purchase.

The iPad was as good as new - even came in all the Apple packaging. Very pleased (and I’m writing this review more than a year after receiving the item)

All good! Good service, excellent product (why on earth did. Apple discontinue them), in fact generally impressed enough to say that I am going to get another one - this time for myself!!
