This has been my third purchase on Back Market and by far the best yet! Don't get me wrong I was very happy with my other purchases too! After only a few days I received my iPad mini in the 'excellent' condition that I ordered. The description couldn't be more correct - it was still cellophaned in Apple's original packaging! An anomaly I'm sure but all the same I couldn't ask for more! Thank you Back Market!

I was so skeptical, but I ordered a "good" condition because I wanted the purple and got a good impression from other reviews - and I got a near-pristine ipad with a fantastic battery life. To all intents and purposes, it's box fresh. It also came next day. With the returns policy and the warranty, it really is a no brainer. Saved myself hundreds of pounds and got environmental brownie points!

Really happy with my iPad mini. It looks brand new. Sadly I was not impressed with the packaging that it arrived in. The iPad had been wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap and was rattling around in a box with no other protection. Luckily there was no damage but I would have expected it to have been better protected and packaged.

Ordered the Excellent Cellular Version however Recieved a near perfect condition non cellular ipad with a minor mark on the screen. To compensate this, they gave a £25 partial refund, upgraded my shipping to express for free and even offered a free screen protector. Wish they had made sure the specific ipad i asked for was in stock before I paid. Nonetheless Great Service.
