I plumped for ‘fair’ but It’s impossible to notice a defect unless you stick your face millimetres away. I bought it for making art and writing and it works beautifully. Nice size too. Thanks to Back Market using my favoured Apple products is affordable. Kudos to the refurbisher too!

This was brought for my son as a Christmas present. I did pay the extra for an original Apple box and also I paid out extra for a good quality refurbished iPad. The result was my son was super happy with what he’d been given, it was in excellent condition without a single mark on it as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend anyone to go down the refurbished route and read up on what you are buying as many of these products actually have never been used. Happy shopping all and I hope your experience is as good as mine.

Initially I was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished iPad however I couldn’t be happier with the service from Back Market. Super fast delivery for Christmas…great packaging (box was on a par with Apple packaging) and so far completely delighted with the device and battery life. 12 month warranty also included. A perfect first experience!

In one word: Lovely The iPad was in mint condition as advertised. It was officially registered as a refurbished sale with Apple and therefore covered by Apple's remaining original warranty, with the option to add AppleCare+ on top of it. Backmarket offers their own insurance products as well to cover it from accidental damage. What's not to like?

Ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas it’s in perfect condition and arrived very quickly. Researched long and hard for the right iPad for me before finally settling for this model. Compared prices at various outlets before finally settling for one refurbished and classed as “excellent” from Back Market at a very competitive price. Communication was excellent, delivery time as promised and the iPad itself is like new, I’m absolutely 100% delighted with my purchase.

Product as described. Few minor scratches but that was expected with a refurbished product! Not had one of these generation of Ipads before but it charges very slowly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
