Arrived on time as described ref condition. However refurbished parts ( screen) were not genuine and the battery is a-bit lacking for someone who has a handful of apps at most, rarely streams and has a screen time less than 15 mins a day. Would recommend for clarity of purchase , price if in a rush , and communication.

The iPhone is excellent and exceeded my expectations, however the cable was provided with it was not the correct cable for charging the iPhone, there was no usb connection on one end but some other type of connector. I would appreciate the correct cable being supplied.

Needed a new phone for my son, sooo glad I found this website!!! Phone arrived 4 days early and is like brand new even though I ordered ’good’. Everything works perfectly and the price was amazing-couldn’t be happier 😊 I’ll be trading in my current phone soon so I can upgrade in a more environmentally friendly way.

This is the best refurbished phone ive ever received. It came so fast! I ordered the Fair one (cheapest) and it came like BRAND NEW!!! I honestly cant hive a review good enough for the Iphone. Its insanely amazing. Thank you, my daughter will be so happy and i can wrap the case separately now!!! Not even a tint scratch on this phone! Xxxx

Really pleased with my iPhone 11. I ordered the excellent condition and it came like new! My only criticism would be that the battery isn’t too great but that is probably expected to some extent with a refurbished phone. Overall I am really pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back Market.

I am very happy with my iPhone 11 from Back Market. I am not a big technocratic and but wanted something more reliable than my 6s. I am getting used to it as there are differences. I bought this for my 67 year old dad, it was an upgrade from his old iPhone SE which was a work phone. He seems happy with the iPhone 11, good upgrade, bigger screen so it's easier to text on, face recognition so he doesn't have to enter a pin to unlock the phone, camera quality is much better. I suppose the only niggle is the replacement battery is not an apple one and doesn't seem to be lasting as long as his previous phone but there's maybe multiple factors. I think it's only common to charge a phone everyday. I'll have to look at some of his app settings and make sure there's none running in the background on him that he doesn't need. Experience has been good on here and I got a phone for my mum too which I'm waiting for.
