Paid the extra for an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max … I’m a little disappointed that there is dirt present around the camera lenses and the earpiece. The cable they sent me is a lightning type c connection not a usb connection. Minor things really, but attention to detail could be better by the refurbishing company. All in all the handset is in very good condition with no visible marks on casing or screen. Will get it into an authorised iPhone repair shop to have the battery changed as it is only at 87% health, and will get them to clean it up thoroughly.

Got to say how impressed I am with my new IPhone 12 Pro Max…..even though it’s a refurbished phone you wouldn’t actually know it……from delivery, setup to general day to day use I’ve got no complaints……and it’s great to have a battery that doesn’t drain at the drop of a hat…….given the quality I’ll definitely be looking at an Apple Mac as my next purchase.

Really pleased with service, and the quality of my reconditioned iPhone 12 Pro Max. This is two firsts for me first iPhone and first time using Backmarket and I’m impressed with both. My iPhone arrived quickly as promised was well packaged, it contained what was expected and the condition of the phone was really good almost brand new; found a minor mark on edge but had to really look for it! So really impressed!! Plus I’m loving my iPhone . I would recommend Backmarket as I also was recommended them by a family member who also uses them .

Really great, ordered the phone for good condition and it was honestly excellent no complaints at all, top battery health, no scratches at all, enjoying the use so far not seen any problems. Totally worth it not sure I’ll ever buy a brand new phone again, refurbished is the way to go. Saves money for real!

I am delighted with my phone. This is my first iPhone and the first time I’ve bought a refurbished one. I’ve had it for just over three weeks now and I have already decided I will never buy a brand new phone again. There is no need to as this one is in perfect condition. Sandox are a great company and their service is first class. They kept me informed about my delivery and very kindly sent me a free screen protector. I would highly recommend them!

Impressive condition couldn’t tell it is refurbished, the seller sent in a secured packaging even sent me a screen protector as a first time customer with no extra cost. surely satisfied with the seller and back market as always.

very quick delivery. Welll packed. when we opened condition was good as described, scratch on the screen was deeper than I'd have wished for, could feel it but was less that 0.5mm long, another deep one on the flat edge, but a cover (clear as the blue is lovely) a good clean and a tempered glass screen and it's not noticeable. so quite happy and a good price. First time we've used Back Market, used other refurbished sellers before and definitely the way to go.

That’s it I will never buy a new iPhone again or any phone for that matter. Backs market is my go to place now for that. I only upgraded from an 11 to a 12 pro max 512 GB which is perfect for what I need and it’s just like a brand new phone for half the price of a new one. Just bought my partner one for Xmas as well .
