Over the moon with my purchase ordered it and was delivered the next day being a pensioner was a bit apprehensive in transferring all my information from my iPhone 8 but I should not of been did everything myself no help needed as for my new. Lovely refurbished iphone 12 pro max in blue and can say theres not a mark on th screen or even a scratch on th body highly recommend buying than paying th price new, My son thought it was brand new with its condition couldnt tell th difference will defo be buyin again from these 👍🏼

So I have a disability, this has left me bed bound and I heavily rely on my phone to call for help when it's needed. I brought a refurbished one off Amazon, but it caused me so many problems. So after reading the reviews from customers on here i thought I would give it ago. I'm happy the delivery was very quick. And the phone is in good condition. The only things I can say is I ordered a pacific blue colour iPhone 12 Pro Max and I received white, and the battery health is at 87% but these aren't massive issues

absolutely perfect!! i ordered the iphone 12 pro in good condition and there are ZERO faults. the phone feels as if it’s brand new; it’s not slow, battery life is as it should be and there are no visible scratches to the eye!! i was sceptical ordering refurbished phones but this has definitely changed my view on this. no complaints!! 10/10

After having to return an iPhone 11 Pro to another well-known "used tech" store, because they clearly don't "refurbish" phones and sold me a "B" grade item with only 77% battery health, I decided to check reviews of companies that sell properly refurbished phones. This led me to Back Market as they seem to be very responsive to customer queries, clearly are proud of their reputation and aim to help customers with any problems. Although the warranty on my iPhone 12 Pro is only for one year (as opposed to 5 years offered by the other store) I felt more confident that this phone would last me a good while. It arrived, with FREE delivery, very quickly, well-packaged and the phone was without any obvious signs of use, despite not being the top grade, and with a battery health of 86% (which keeps its charge for a good while). This phone is a better model than the one I returned, but cost the same price. It works very well and I'm very pleased with the service I have received (so far) from Back Market.

Reconditioned iPhone 12/128GB - Black - Unlocked + protective case ordered as a Christmas present, therefore, not yet in use. However, the items arrived ahead of schedule and were expertly packed for shipment. The iPhone was In immaculate condition with handy aide memoir providing information about transferring data from old phone to new and included a USB-C charging cable. Thank you for a quality used product at a very competitive price. Although not yet in use and time will tell this product could easily pass for brand new.

Cannot believe this iphone 12 is REFURBISHED IT LOOKS LIKE BRAND NEW …Seriously my first purchase from Back Market , and kinda expected decent quality from reviews (I research every buying option, before purchasing) . Scrutinised 6 other companies offering similar product, with same specs (memory size etc) and chose this as it was lowest price and have been really surprised that the iPhone 12 pro is without flaw!

This was a Xmas present for my partner, her phone broke so she has had it early. I paid for an “excellent” refurbishment but as soon as the phone was started it flashed up that the battery wasn’t an Apple battery, also seems like a few times it’s been on a go slow for certain apps but then works perfectly again after 10 minutes. She is very ver the moon with the phone but I’m a little disheartened that these messages are popping up so she is unable to check the battery life given the price paid.

Very happy. Exactly as described. Not a single scratch or any physical sign of it being refurbished. Ideally the battery would also be 100% new but I only got one in fair condition and that’s something that can be sorted down the line if and when necessary. Everything works perfectly as new and also arrived one day earlier than expected. Definitely no need to buy new again. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying refurbished for the first time.
