Reconditioned iPhone 12/128GB - Black - Unlocked + protective case ordered as a Christmas present, therefore, not yet in use. However, the items arrived ahead of schedule and were expertly packed for shipment. The iPhone was In immaculate condition with handy aide memoir providing information about transferring data from old phone to new and included a USB-C charging cable. Thank you for a quality used product at a very competitive price. Although not yet in use and time will tell this product could easily pass for brand new.

This was a Xmas present for my partner, her phone broke so she has had it early. I paid for an “excellent” refurbishment but as soon as the phone was started it flashed up that the battery wasn’t an Apple battery, also seems like a few times it’s been on a go slow for certain apps but then works perfectly again after 10 minutes. She is very ver the moon with the phone but I’m a little disheartened that these messages are popping up so she is unable to check the battery life given the price paid.

Very please the phone has been great no complaints and I would recommend buying from back market. I was apprehensive about a refurbished phone and I did go for the upper end of the reviews on your site. All I can say is thank you. I took a chance and I had nothing to worry about.

I always suggest people try BackMarket reconditioned phones because of my own experience.

I generally order refurbished phones to make a decent saving so thought I’d try Back Market. Ordering was simples and the iPhone arrived very quickly, all tracking information was sent beforehand. I’d ordered a phone in “Good” condition with a new battery. I honestly couldn’t find any marks on the phone at all so very pleased. Going to order another from them shortly so happy to recommend Back Market to friends and family.

Purchased the phone for my daughter's birthday. She is delighted with it. The condition was fantastic, looks almost new! I've never bought a reconditioned phone before but will definitely do it again. It arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Happy customer and would definitely recommend.

My son dropped a dumbbell on his iPhone so was looking for a replacement. I was a little concerned about purchasing a refurbished phone but needn’t have worried. The quality was excellent, battery health was close to 100% and we even received cables and a screen protector. Based on our experience we would definitely buy again.

Very good quality and rapid delivery as expected. I've bought all my family phones refurbished over the last many years, prob 12 in all, inc my work phones. Have never had a problem, but JG Solutions went above and beyond. Phone arrived with cable as expected, but also with a pre-fitted screen protector and simple case with instructions on the migration process. That is great service.

iPhone arrived on time. Communication was great throughout ordering and delivery. iPhone although refurbished, is like brand new. Not a mark on it, works perfectly well. All round an amazing experience
