I was a bit sceptical to purchase a refurbished phone, especially via the Internet. However, I must say it was an incredibly excellent experience. The iPhone 13 mini was delivered within two days. I paid for excellent and yes it was indeed excellent, not one scratch. And 100% battery life, I’m about to buy an iPhone 12 now from this company. Thanks a bunch!

My iPhone 13 Mini arrived very quickly with a C cable and was well packaged. There were some small scratches on the corners but these are hidden by the wallet case. The battery might have been a bit better but holds the charge very well. I haven’t yet taken enough photos to see the difference in the camera from my previous iPhone SE. Personally, I like a smaller phone which will easily fit into a small handbag or my pocket so the iPhone 13 Mini fits the bill. I prefer the green opto buy reconditioned phones and pay outright.

Bought the iPhone 13 mini in excellent condition and while it did come physically in excellent condition I have some problems. My microphone is really muffled so when I record videos or make phone calls it sounds like I’m really far away. I have tried cleaning it but it doesn’t make a lot of difference. I also cannot turn the camera shutter sound off. I put my phone onto silent and it still makes the clicking noise when I take a photo. I’m disappointed as I bought my previous phone form back market in fair condition and it worked better than my new phone which is in excellent condition.

I'm very pleased with my iPhone 13 mini from Back Market. It's the perfect compact size for me and my first ever iPhone without spending crazy money for a brand new one. Arrived unmarked and just as described, so I'm happy to recommend Back Market to others.

I'm pleased with this downgrade as I'm not a big fan of phones getting endlessly bigger and more unwieldy (and thus more prone to getting damaged, IMO). This iPhone 13 mini does pretty much everything its bigger friend did, except with 2 instead of 3 lenses on the camera the photos are not as good and it lacks the awesome macro mode, which I do miss. With this particular phone, I selected 'Fair' as the condition, which I can not recommend, as the screen has a lot of little micro-scratches, which - although not problematic in terms of functioning - does make me keep checking it to see if I've damaged it further. On the plus side, I couldn't run my life or my business without my phone so when Backmarket delivered this one in under 2 days after ordering on a weekend I was super impressed with the service. All in, would definitely recommend using Backmarket every time.

Product was really in excellent condition. At first I thought it was brand new until I remembered that it was refurbished. And got it for much less than the real price making one of the best investments so far.

I recently purchased a refurbished phone for my partner. This is the second time I've bought him one, and I have to say that I could not recommend it more. The phone arrived within 24 hours and was exactly as the seller described it - in "excellent" condition. There was only one tiny scratch on the back, which my partner didn't even notice until I pointed it out. The phone is working perfectly, the battery is in good condition, and he is very happy with it. It's the perfect size that he was looking for.

I hadn’t heard of black market mobiles but they had good reviews online. I ordered a refurbished IPhone mini with a satisfactory level as there was a big price difference but when my phone arrived the condition is very good. Just a bid of dirt stuck in the rubber mould of the camera. I also purchased a case so you can’t even see it anyway. Body of phone was perfect apart from such light marks that are barely noticeable and screen is mint. Had it a few weeks now and battery power perfect, camera perfect, storage perfect! There is nothing I can say that I was unhappy with. Great purchase at a fraction of the price of new 😀
