This is the second iPhone I have bought refurbished and doubt I will ever buy new again. Both times as described and almost flawless. Even if I have to get a genuine Apple battery fitted afterwards it's still way cheaper than an Apple refurb. It's a no brainer.

THE GOOD This phone was sold as ‘good’ condition but in reality, it arrived in a ‘like new’ condition., complete with screen protector and a temporary case, sufficient to get me going. Refurbished Apple has always been the way forward for me so I’ll give Back Market another shout when the time comes. THE BAD Nothing wrong with Back Market, just Apple's insistence to force people further into holding a house brick in their hand. One day they will reinvent the wheel and relaunch a modern version of their old 4in screen models - which can't come fast enough for me.

Phone was basically in Pristine condition the refurbisher included a screen protector pre applied and a clear case with the phone. Which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I had to return since it was a gift and the recipient did not want it. Otherwise it would’ve been perfect. I would come back to this refurbisher if I needed to buy again.

The process was great, phone arrived pretty promptly, but ended up with a blue phone and not starlight as I’d ordered, as they couldn’t get starlight with the specs I’d asked for, but once the case was on it doesn’t really matter. So far I’ve had the phone 1 week and no problems. Definitely do refurbished again,

Really pleased with this refurbished handset. Delivered within 24 hours & exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend. After using another company several times, the last couple of phones I ordered weren’t great so it was time for a change. Back Market was better value & didn’t disappoint re quality.

Similar phone (B grade - good) from CEX cost £320 but had 79% battery health. Local shop replaces battery for £50, Apple for £85. I asked for a partial refund or a replacement battery for a “refurbished” phone. This was denied so I returned it. At £270 this was a much better deal for us with 88% battery health which may survive for 6-12 months before battery health drops below 80%. Packaging was superior to CEX.

The phone arrived in immaculate condition, with 99% battery health, no Face ID or non-original parts issues and clean IMEI. The refurbishing company also made a nice surprise of putting on a glass screen protector and throwing in a basic case. Good job!

I was a bit sceptical to purchase a refurbished phone, especially via the Internet. However, I must say it was an incredibly excellent experience. The iPhone 13 mini was delivered within two days. I paid for excellent and yes it was indeed excellent, not one scratch. And 100% battery life, I’m about to buy an iPhone 12 now from this company. Thanks a bunch!

My iPhone 13 Mini arrived very quickly with a C cable and was well packaged. There were some small scratches on the corners but these are hidden by the wallet case. The battery might have been a bit better but holds the charge very well. I haven’t yet taken enough photos to see the difference in the camera from my previous iPhone SE. Personally, I like a smaller phone which will easily fit into a small handbag or my pocket so the iPhone 13 Mini fits the bill. I prefer the green opto buy reconditioned phones and pay outright.
