Very pleased with my refurbished iPhone 13 which was received quickly after placing order. Condition is good, as described, and battery life and responsiveness are very substantially improved compared to my previous phone. I have purchased from Back Market previously and trust their service and competitive pricing.

The iPhone 13 is fab, still getting use to it. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbish one, When it arrived was so impressive, thought it was a brand new one, no marks or scratches on it. The service from the time ordered to receiving it was excellent. Definitely recommend backmarket.

Extremely happy with the iPhone 13 I purchased! It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone and I was a bit worried, but although choosing the cheapest condition option the phone still looks and functions like it's brand new. Will definitely be using BackMarket again :)

I recently purchased an iPhone 13 (Fair Condition) from Back Market, and overall, I’m really impressed with it. --- 🔹 Condition & Physical Appearance I ordered Fair Condition, so I expected some wear and tear. The phone arrived with visible marks around the body and one on the camera, but it doesn’t affect the camera quality at all. The screen is perfect, which is a big plus since that’s the main part of the phone you interact with. If you use a case, most of the marks are covered anyway, so it’s not a big deal. --- 🔹 Performance & Battery Life The phone works really well, and I haven’t noticed any performance issues. I didn’t choose the new battery option, and I can tell the battery doesn’t last very long. However, since I bought it for business use and it mostly stays on my desk, this isn’t a problem for me. If you’re planning to use this as your main phone, I’d highly recommend getting a new battery for better longevity. --- 🔹 Would I Recommend Back Market? ✅ Yes, absolutely! honestly i am so impressed with the condition of this phone with it being in FAIR condition and it being £260!!! (iphone 13 128gb in starlight colour). i so deffo recommend it to anyone who is looking for a phone on a budget and don’t mind it being refurbished. even tho this is a refurb, it looks brand new and i got it with 88% battery capacity, and no cosmetic damage (a VERY little scratch on the front but it is barely noticeable). great job backmarket!!!! :))

I was apprehensive to buy second hand iPhone!- first time. Bought for my child- “good condition” “ iPhone 13” I am so happy - phone is immaculate looking- like new. In nice box, either charging cable. Battery fair- if u can pay for high end battery- i would next time💥only gripe!, as phone does get hot when user plays game online. But, apart from that, phone is great, i ( the adult!) wishes i got a refurbished phone- i WILL DO in future-!..half the price of o2 - Honestly cant tell difference of my iPhone 14 on contract- to this refurbished iPhone 13!! Never buy new on mobile network again! So far do good ( at 1 week)!!.. highly recommend😊

Very good website easy to follow and see what you’re getting for your money. Reasonable prices and got a discount so that was a bonus. Phone is working well and I feel it’s a safer option as refurbished.

The phones great so was the battery at 98% for a fair condition on a refurbished phone. It just had a quite a few dents on the edges and quit a lot of scratches. Overall it’s a great option for a fair condition.

Have purchased a few refurbished phones from Back Market, and as always, the latest Iphone purchased was a great phone. Very pleased with my purchase, with no marks or scratches. Highly recommend.
