Very pleased with my refurbished iPhone13 purchased from Back Market. The price was competitive and although it was described as in Fair condition externally it seemed like new to me. I would certainly reccommend Back Market to friends and I would certainly buy items from them again.

I had slight reservations about buying a phone that was sold as refurbished. I wanted a brand new one! Turns out though I literally did get a brand new one! The condition of the phone was remarkable. There was only the tiniest of marks on it which took a good inspection to find. The battery life is fantastic and the capacity was about 84% if my memory serves me right. Couldn’t recommend Back Market enough and will definitely use in future.

So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. Would highly recommend BackMarket, good little unit altogether.

iPhone13 arrived ppromptly and the condition was really good despite your describing this reconditioned iphone as fair. The transfer of information between old iPhone7 and this iPhone13 went smoothly. This was our third purchase, (2 iPhone 13's and 1 Macbookair), and we have been really happy with all that BackMarket have provided.

I was quite iffy about purchasing a refurbished phone but I took the risk and purchased the “fair” iPhone 13 and I’m not disappointed I’m very happy with the phone there is no chips on the side no scratches practically came brand new! The percentage is 88 which I think is amazing and I will definitely be recommending back market to anyone who is in need of a phone thank you so much

I ordered the iPhone 13 in the "fair" rating and its fantastic! I've bought refurbished iPhones from other places in the past and what really impressed me was the fact the battery health is much higher than I was expecting. No damage to the screen and just a few scrapes on the sides, and it came within 48 hours of ordering.

I’m very impressed and happy with my Fair condition refurbished iPhone 13. It’s in top condition and was a chinch to setup having auto transferred all stuff etc from my previous iPhone 11 just by close proximity between phones.
