First time ordering a refurbished iPhone and backmarket seemed to offer the best price. My iPhone 12 was getting a bit laggy so wanted something newer with a larger screen. I was a bit apprehensive at first as selected ‘ good’ condition but phone arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Very happy with my purchase and will consider this website if I need anything else in the future.

Brought the iPhone 14 plus for my daughter for Christmas in fair condition, I expected it to be knocked about but it only had a slight knock near the camera area and even then you would have to look for it to see it. The battery life was 96% amazing! This is the second phone I've brought from backmarket, I've been very pleased with both. I highly recommend the site. I will definitely be purchasing my next phone from backmarket.

Honestly i didnt know what I was expecting, i spent ages trying to find the right phone and i settled for the iphone 14 plus in blue and it blew me away how fast it arrived, and while the battery health is 86% I am still very pleased with my order almost a month in, 10/10 would recommend

Amazing website, easy to use and efficient in ordering! I love my new iPhone 14 Plus, from having an iPhone 11 for 4 years this is a brilliant upgrade. Delivery was super speedy, I wasn’t expecting it until the 27th but it arrived on Xmas Eve! Best early present I could have asked for. My only slight criticism would be the charging cable. It seems I have received an incorrect cable, with a port that I think is for an iPhone 15 or 16. Not a big deal, as I have my current charging cable, but might be worth noting for future customers to avoid disappointment. Many thanks Back Market! I will be returning ☺️

Initially sceptical about buying a refurbished phone through Back Market but I shouldn’t have worried. I went for an iPhone 14 in good condition and it arrived 2 days later in great condition and with 98% battery capacity. Really pleased and would recommended Back Market to anyone.
