I ordered two reconditioned iPhone 14, excellent condition, and it was very easy to order them, they came very quickly. The phones are in great condition, no scratches or blemishes that I can see and one has 100% battery life while the other has 85% which did surprise me as I thought it would have at least 90% but it’s not a problem. It was very easy to set them up from the old iphones except I didn’t realise they had E-SIMs and had to look on the internet what to do as I couldn’t find a SIM card tray! Both are working well and I have already recommended Backmarket to friends.

I bought 2 of these for both my granddaughters and they love them. They are really happy with them and although refurbished, they look and work as new. I used BackMarket for this purchase as I have bought from them before and am always really happy with my purchase. Up to now there are no problems this time either.

Recommend from a friend. I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone which I desperately needed last minute. I’m really happy with my phone, delivery was fast. No issues at all and phone works perfectly. I chose the fair condition as money was tight. Phone is pretty much perfect apart from a few tiny marks that you can barely see. I recommend this service and will use again.

I needed to get a new phone. For cost and environmental reasons I looked at a refurbished pre owned. Chose the model I wanted to upgrade to, then it was just a case of deciding on the memory and condition of the phone. I chose ‘Fair’ Condition because the difference in price between fair and immaculate was £200. My phone arrived quickly and in the time scale advised. The condition was much better than I had been expecting. Altogether I was delighted with my choice, the service, the price and delivery. A no brainer decision - win, win, win! Don’t dither - go for it.

The phone looked refurbished and in very good condition however i was expecting the camera quality to be better. But I don't know if this is just the iPhone 14 or this was because of Black Market but not what I was expecting in that aspect

The phone is to be expected being in fair condition, there was no dirt only scratches I just found out but that's to be expected being fair, the battery is not lasting as long but will keep an eye on it, otherwise my Son is Very pleased with his Apple iPhone 14, I do Reccomend Back Market, if I need a new phone I will be choosing Back Market!

After a few issues with Backmarket they eventually resolved them now my iPhone 14 is ok it froze during a update took while to sort after going on the Apple website but all good now yes I do like my IPhone 14 from Backmarket so all good.

This is my second time ordering from Backmarket, and I’m just as pleased as before. I ordered the iPhone 14 (upgrading from my previous iPhone XS purchased on Backmarket), in ‘fair’ condition due to budget constraints. However, the phone arrived flawless and like new. Battery health is still ok - it’s on 86%, but everything is working perfectly. On both occasions I received the phone the day after ordering which is fantastic! This has cemented my decision to stick with Backmarket for all future phone purchases. Plus, the website is easy to navigate. Thanks!

Have used backmarket on a number of occasions and never had any problems, even when there was an issue, it was resolved straight away. iPhone 14 received and in excellent condition, very pleased. Will be trading old phone shortly with backmarket.
