Although it was listed as being in “fair condition,” it exceeded my expectations. There was hardly a scratch, and the ones present were so minor they were almost unnoticeable. The battery health was at 92%, which is excellent for a refurbished device. It’s performing like new, and I’ve had no issues with functionality so far. Overall, it’s a great deal for the price. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a high-quality refurbished phone at a reasonable price. Reliable service and great value!

Was very unsure with buying a phone from here, I chose a refurbished phone from mazuma mobile and I was extremely happy when it arrived, I ordered the worst condition ‘Fair’ as I don’t mind the odd scratch and the phone arrived basically brand new! 100% battery health and all original. I was very skeptical about buying a phone from here but the reviews really helped out with that! I got the premium iPhone 15 pro max and it’s amazing! Not a single scratch on it although the speakers are a little dirty apart from that it’s amazing! For a good price too. The battery health is 90% and has all genuine apple parts highly recommended!!

Bought the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max with 256Gb as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was graded as 'Excellent' and has the original battery which shows 98% health, to be honest, we can't find a thing wrong with it. She has only been using it since Christmas day (so 5 days so far) and is extremely happy with it. As for BackMarket, well I initially found the phone using the Moneysavingexpert website (search for SIM free phone) and then did some research on BackMarket (as well as the phone), they were highly recommended and I was very happy with everything I found. Ordering was simple, delivery was swift and everything went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in buying from BackMarket again.

Someone introduced me to back market. I checked the website but a bit reluctant to buy anything. Eventually, I gave it a trial with iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB -Blue. The iphone is pretty good . Looking like brand new and with good battery health. The only thing missing there is the charging plug.

iPhone 15 pro max arrived fast in great condition, some small marks on side buttons probably due to the case the previous owner kept the phone in but handset matched the grade.
