Phone in very good condition, especially for one that’s supposedly refurbished! Only downside is the maximum battery capacity is 90%, but for a phone that’s atleast a year old and hasn’t got any marks or other problems, I’ll take it over spending thousands on a brand new one!

Phone looks fresh like new, just little bits of wear and tear. Battery not bad either. Overall it’s a banger for the price.

Excellent condition really means excellent condition: perfect body and screen and the battery health was 100%, which I was thrilled about. Great product, I bought the iPhone 15 pro and blue colour 128 GB model battery health is at 100% with only 150 cycles use the only issue with the phone is that is there is a small crack on the glass on the back of the phone other than that it’s a very good product and definitely worth the money I spent on it will be purchasing from Back Market again

Better than I could have expected. For reference I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro 256GB in excellent condition. I received the package 2 days before the expected delivery date. The iPhone had 99% battery health, and only 150 charges. Immaculate cosmetic condition on the screen, camera, back and sides. Honestly I could not be happier with my purchase. If you are worried about receiving a lower quality phone from Back Market, I can assure you that the ‘excellent condition’ phones are truly excellent.

This is my second purchase. First was a Huawei P30 and was rated Good. It arrived almost like new. Very happy with it. My second, and most recent, is my IPhone 15 pro. I chose Excellent option this time as the price was much higher. Most important for me was that the screen was scratch free. It was. The case was also in the great condition. It's been a couple of weeks and very happy with it so far.
