Phone in very good condition, especially for one that’s supposedly refurbished! Only downside is the maximum battery capacity is 90%, but for a phone that’s atleast a year old and hasn’t got any marks or other problems, I’ll take it over spending thousands on a brand new one!

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro on Saturday and it arrived promptly on Tuesday. Excellent condition really means excellent condition: perfect body and screen and the battery health was 100%, which I was thrilled about. I’m thrilled with my new phone, a much needed upgrade after five years, and even happier to have chosen a sustainable (and cheaper!) option. Thanks BackMarket!

Received my refurbished IPhone 15 , excellent condition and superb delivery from BackMarket. It’s now a few weeks later and the mobile phone is performing really well. I chose to have a new battery and utilise the 80% battery charging option, so keeping the battery in tip top condition without over-charging. Backmarket does provide you with a choice on price and condition which accommodates the various needs and budgets of the buyer … so what’s not to like. Well done Backmarket and thank you.

If I could rate 10/5 stars I would, got an iPhone 15 in excellent condition for about £150 less than a new one from apple, came with a clear MagSafe case and charger for free and arrived in the actual iPhone box and I’m not joking when I say this it even had the plastic cover you peel off of a new phone. The phone itself was literally brand new not a scratch on it and had 100% battery capacity, only charged for 35 times and was first used in May (got it in November). Got the phone 4 days after ordering. This was literally better than buying it from apple and it apparently reduces e-waste, it’s a no brainer buying it here imo and I’ll definitely be using back market again! Thanks

Better than I could have expected. For reference I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro 256GB in excellent condition. I received the package 2 days before the expected delivery date. The iPhone had 99% battery health, and only 150 charges. Immaculate cosmetic condition on the screen, camera, back and sides. Honestly I could not be happier with my purchase. If you are worried about receiving a lower quality phone from Back Market, I can assure you that the ‘excellent condition’ phones are truly excellent.

This is my second time purchasing from Back Market, and it’s been great once again. I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max in fair condition on Sunday, and to my surprise, it arrived on Monday – just a day later! I feel lucky because the phone I received was in excellent condition instead of fair. It’s very clean, looks almost new, and the battery health is at 89%, which is perfectly fine for me. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience. I’d highly recommend Back Market!

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max in Fair condition. 5 stars for service given because (i) great discount on device; description of condition is accurate so can’t complain about scratches on screen or body; (ii) service was great with timely updates - I ordered on a Sunday and received my device within 24 hrs on Monday and (iii) I used the trade in service and again received the quoted price in my bank within 5 days as promised. The iPhone 15 Pro Max I bought on back market looked pretty clean apart from some noticeable scratches on the screen which is to be expected for a used device (fair condition). The phone works perfectly. Would definitely be buying other items from back market.
