If I could rate 10/5 stars I would, got an iPhone 15 in excellent condition for about £150 less than a new one from apple, came with a clear MagSafe case and charger for free and arrived in the actual iPhone box and I’m not joking when I say this it even had the plastic cover you peel off of a new phone. The phone itself was literally brand new not a scratch on it and had 100% battery capacity, only charged for 35 times and was first used in May (got it in November). Got the phone 4 days after ordering. This was literally better than buying it from apple and it apparently reduces e-waste, it’s a no brainer buying it here imo and I’ll definitely be using back market again! Thanks

This is absolutely amazing and that's an understatement!! I ordered my phone just a a day or two ago and it came already! Honestly after I ordered the iPhone 15, I was wary since I heard lots of things about BackMarket but I couldn't be happier! The phone delivery was super quick and my phone is well taken care of. I was bit skeptical about it as it is second hand - but oh my god, my iphone 15 came literally brand new. Perfect, perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier. Works and looks just flawless. They also sent a charging cable and a phone case. Great deal and trustworthy.

Like a few people I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone, but I'm so impressed. Went for the 'Good' condition and couldn't find a mark on the phone and still had 95% battery life. Really rapid and smooth service. Will definitely be using again.

My second Backmarket purchase. Chose the “Very good” condition option as I was concerned about receiving a phone on the lower end of Battery Health. Was pleased to see that this one came 100%. Double the storage capacity with no issues with the phone at all for less than the full price of a new phone = no brainer for me. Will continue to buy refurbished!

Perfect phone!! Thought id give this a try as never bought it from here before , delivery’s on time as it stated it would be dispatched the next working day , bought it in excellent condition and its just like buying it from Apple Store , no scratch, no chips , no dents , battery on 100% , just as I expected

As usual BackMarket has come up trumps yet again.. I purchased my I phone in good condition and it was like new, with great battery life. I would always recommend BackMarket to anyone who needs a new device!
