Really impressed with the quality of the phone and the package in which it arrived in. Very professional and such a great service. The only issue I have is that I believed I was receiving and had paid for a Black Titanium version but that is not what arrived. It was actually natural titanium coloured - so I hope I did get the Excellent Quality version I paid for but just different coloured.

This was a really easy process, with a fast delivery of my new phone and simple, clear instructions for how to return my old one. I am yet to receive the money for that (only because this is an early review), however the amount offered was competitive. The phone I received was almost new to the extent it was still within the manufacturers one year warranty, and the battery barely had any cycles. Gone are the days of me buying new phones, I think.

The category description was “fair” but to be honest, I could not detect any difference from brand new. Super fast and secure delivery and the new phone is streets ahead of my old XR, which is going in for part exchange. This is the third phone from BackMarket as there’s no incentive to go anywhere else. Thanks guys !

If I have to write a long review, everything cannot be put down. So I will simply summarise my experience. I ordered an Iphone December 20 around 19:20. Playfully, phone got delivered the next day via DPD at 12:45. This speed was and is still unmatchable. Phone runs normal and performs excellently as would be expected. Battery health, of course 100%. First battery use, November 2024. Cycle count, 1, surprising. Needless to talk about cosmetic condition of phone as it is NEW: no single dent. About the colour: I think black titanium takes the lead for men as it appears mature and elegant. At a little above 900 quid, it was a great buy. Initially, I thought it was a scam given the above price, but when I checked to see I was in Backmarket’s app, I was confident to go for it.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. It looks like new. It works as I would expect of a brand new iPhone. The colour wasn’t black but Titanium. I am even more pleased with the quality look.

The screen had a coupe of scratches on the top and the bottom but other than that everything’s Good
